Important "Signal Piece" In Today's CBS News--

Yes, the comparison between the Trump document case and Biden's are, as stated by a source in the CBS article below, "Apples and Arsenic." Obstruction vs cooperation. There is no debate on that question.

However, the delay in making this public which concerned me from the beginning is, according to this report, a general source of great frustration among those close to the President. 

I'll just mention parenthetically that the White House Counsel who appears to be in charge of handling this is Bob Bauer, as covered in the CBS piece. Bauer has been on my radar for more than two years because he is married to Biden strategist Anita Dunn. I'll not comment publicly on the possible significance of this until more facts are available, but I know what I am going to have my eye out for. 

The question many are asking is, "did someone, intentionally or not, set up the President?" Given that Joe Biden is who he is, he is constitutionally incapable of deceit, cover-ups, or criminal conspiracy. But the fact remains, if laws were broken, someone broke them. 

I do not believe Merrick Garland is out to sabotage the President or run interference for Trump, therefore his decision to appoint a Special Counsel was forced upon him. I do not believe the goofy conspiracy theory that pro-Trump Secret Service agents planted the documents. And I believe the President didn't know about the documents until his lawyers found them. 

What that adds up to is that if the President was set up, all roads lead to the White House Counsel's office. Whether something wrong was done intentionally or by accident, some heads are going to roll. 

The article below is important, in so far as people in the President's immediate orbit are not brushing this off as a "nothingburger" and are decidedly unhappy at the way the White House has handled this from the beginning. This alone should be cause for concern for those of us who understand the importance of President Biden's continued successful Presidency. 

I'm going to keep a low profile in general on a story this big, given my lack of human sources. I'll simply reiterate that what is most important in my view is that we be outwardly focused on our grass roots activity, because we have to grow, and the President needs a larger, more vocal and effective movement behind him in order to govern, even with the obstructionists and seditionists at his proverbial throat.

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley.  How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine.
