Irony Of The Day- Candace Owens Goes Full Lizard

Fox News commentator Candace Owens has been in full frontal attack mode against her very own "Führer"  Donald Trump since their interview last week, with regard to his defense of the covid vaccine as effective and safe. 

The vaccine, which was developed by our best scientists occurred despite his political interference, trying to rush it to market before clinical trials established their efficacy, (remember he needed an "October Surprise" before the election) and really had nothing to do with him, except that once he lost the election he sabotaged the roll-out as an act of destructive revenge and rage. He would not cooperate with the transition team. And, he still opposes mandates, encouraging his supporters to continue spreading the Virus in the name of defending their "Freedom". Yet the vaccine is the one and only thing which he can point to as something good which happened during his Presidency, no thanks to him, so he is doubling down. 

So, in jumps Candace Owens with the claim that Trump is pro-vaccine because "he's too old to understand the internet", and therefore doesn't know of the real dangers of vaccines. What she is really saying is that all old people are stupid, (though some like Trump excel in that area) and that access to disinformation is vital for keeping people uninformed, the "value proposition" of the Fox Propaganda Network. 

Now, Ms. Owens is joining with medical expert Alex Jones "(of "Disinfo Wars") to hawk Colloidal Silver on her Internet site as a covid preventative, in fact an everything preventative. Ostensibly it seems to also prevent the transmission of vital Neurons which might lead to unwanted cognitive activity. One might ask, is Ms. Owens running a money making scam with her quackery which Trump is undercutting? 

Colloidal Silver taken in increments over time is highly toxic, causing serious illness and death, and is known to turn people's skin Blue.

So, the irony of the day. Why is Candace Owens, a Black woman, trying to turn people Blue? Isn't it Chameleons who like to change color?  Furthermore, isn't Blue the color of the Democrats? Is there a media person alive with the guts who might ask her these questions directly? That would be special. And delightfully offensive.

Milton Friedman- The Man Who Revived Fascist Economics, and Called It "Freedom".

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley. In fact, Milton Friedman is the current top economic advisor to the so-called "movement conservatives", from Nixon to Reagan, to Newt Gingrich and Trumpworld,  and is still to this day the main architect of the GOP approach to dealing with the present economic crisis, though he has been keeping a low profile. How Do You Know If What You Are Reading Is True Or Useful? - A One Year Old Facebook Post

 How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine. I usually read anywhere from 2-10 articles in each, depending upon what newsworthy events are breaking that day. Plus I have a number of books on history that I have going at any one time.
