The Real Story Behind the "Resignation Of Cardinal Robert Sarah--Vatican Coup vs Francis?
The removal of Cardinal Sarah, a loyalist of the pro-fascist Benedict XVI, is being described in this otherwise informative article as a shot fired in "The Vatican Civil War". It is no such thing. The Right Wing old Fascist sympathizing Oligarchs of the European "Black Nobility" (referring to their historic "Guelph" faction, not race or skin color) are working through Benedict to stage a Coup against Pope Francis, in order to stop his attempts to modernize the Church, but also end his cleanout of the dirtiest money elements of the Vatican Bank.
In 1981, days after the attempted assassination of Pope John Paul II, Vatican Banker and President of Banco Ambrosiano, Roberto Calvi was found hanging from the Black Friars Bridge in London, and his death ruled a suicide. He had 15 lbs of bricks in his pockets, 13,000 in cash, a fake passport, left no note, and his hands were tied behind his back. Not coincidentally, "Black Friars" is the name of a secretive Freemasonic Lodge with extensive ties to British Intelligence and other Intelligence agencies, overlapping a leading grouping of Anti-Communist secret teams in NATO called "Gladio" . (People who investigated Turkish assassin Agca are very aware of the significance of the name Gladio, and its relations with the terrorist group, "The Grey Wolves.)
So, the Calvi murder was a message sent, and message delivered. He was known as "God's Banker", and had tremendous power. The suicide ruling was eventually overturned and called a murder, still unsolved.
The second murder attempt against JPII was less than two years later in Portugal at a Fatima shrine, where he was stabbed by a Right Wing Priest who was a charismatic old believer, a member of South American Paramilitary known as Tradition, Family, Property, (TFP) which has extensive ties to the still very active organization, Opus Dei. (Whose members include William Barr, Steve Bannon, and convert Newt Gingrich among others)
Not irrelevant to this is that Pope John Paul I, his predecessor died very shortly after elected by the College of Cardinals, which was described as unexpected and mysterious. Don't kid yourselves, the Vatican may technically elect Popes, but it is not a Democracy, and has a history of what could be called not very smooth transitions.
The point being, this conflict in the Vatican is about much, much more than celibacy in the Priesthood. It is about intelligence warfare in the European and American establishment which is reflective of the drive for Fascism emanating from the forces of "Trumpism" here, and the Brexit crowd in Europe. It is part of a Global shift toward Right Wing religious authoritarianism, and an attempt to get rid of the opposition. In this case, Pope Francis, and President Biden. This is why I keep an eye on the Vatican, because what happens there is a window into the factional warfare here.
