A Strategic Question-- Is Trump Running Marjorie Taylor-Greene's Mouth Because He Needs Her Bloody Shirt? 

The question raised in the above title is exactly what it sounds like, and I'm taking a calculated risk in writing it. I know that some of my readers, including my wife, have already ventured there, hesitant to think it out loud. It is emphatically not a "conspiracy theory," rather a reasonable hypothesis supported by historical patterns and recent political events. However, those who are in search of "facts" for purposes of verification will be disappointed, because we are making an effort to anticipate events which have not yet happened. That is what is known as forecasting, which differs from a prediction insofar as there are variables which could change the outcome, especially useful for when we want to head off a potential disaster. But many are asking, "what does she think she is actually doing besides raising the national blood pressure?"

Let's start in the middle before we get around to the beginning and the end. First, is that the ostensible Congresswoman from Georgia is not an actual full person, and therefore undeserving of the tolerance and patience one would need in order to treat her with any modicum of respect. She appears devoid of the qualities of empathy, compassion, rational judgment, or capacity for development and change which characterize those traits we identify as uniquely human. Greene is feral in her character, reactive in her judgment, predatory and sadistic in her behavior, and is energized by her long list of personal hatreds to attack her chosen enemies indiscriminately, due in part to her total absence of an intellectual life. Her illiterate Twitter posts and twisted understanding of history and US law are indicative of that vacuum, and have earned her the scientifically accurate nickname, "The Ditzkrieg." Her behavior is almost robotic, someone thoroughly predictable who can be used like a player piano, which requires only the kinetic energy input of being wound up, and can only play one tune. In fact, one might describe her as Trump's personal "heat seeking missile," in terms of her basic function and purpose.

Therefore we are not writing about her per se, since she already has "sucked enough air out of the room," among other things. 

Much is being made of the recent outrageous statements calling for Biden's Impeachment, the secession of Red States from the USA, and her unabashed cheerleading for the Russians genocidal war of conquest against the people of Ukraine. Add that to a long list of verbal compost which has emanated from a face made hard by her long dead soul, and thus the tendency on the part of many of us to just want to turn off the sound and not listen to the noise. Understandable. 

However, I listen to everything she says, because I know that what she says comes from the minds of Donald Trump, Steve Miller, and Steve Bannon. MTG knows virtually nothing about the policy issues (or governance in general) about which she speaks. She has studied nothing to our knowledge other than making money, field stripping her Glock, Cross Fit training, and Tantric sex techniques. So, like a modern day Nazi version of the famous ventriloquist dummy Mortimer Snerd, her statements are scripted and represent the thinking of the persons with their hands up her butt at any given moment. So yes, there is something worth listening to. 

Now, the strategic issue. Start with the reality that Donald Trump is a killer. He might not have personally ever taken a life, because he is a narcissistic physical coward who delegates his dirty work. But in his identity he is a killer. The evidence is clear from the killing spree he launched in the last months of his Presidency in his manic drive to ram through as many Federal executions as was possible. Likewise this is reflected in his stated intention to expand the death penalty, and bring back the barbarism of firing squads and the guillotine. His open admiration for dictators such as Putin, MBS, and Kim who routinely execute their adversaries in large numbers is not just a policy outlook, it is a psychopathology. He is so psychosexually twisted that he literally "gets off" on the idea of killing and inciting others to kill, as his supporters did on January 6th. This is why his greatest sex fantasy is to start a bloody US Civil War that is all about him, and him alone. His second fantasy is to regain the presidency so he might deploy a nuclear weapon.  

His insane ego is addicted to the belief he can commit murder or incite it and get away with it, and it is the case that only the prexisting traditions and norms of our democratic system of laws and protections prevented him from unleashing mass murder as President. (One could argue that his covid policy toward "Democrat cities" did just that, but that's another story) Therefore it is vital to internalize the reality that under circumstances of his return to the White House with a GOP majority in both houses, there will be no check against his homicidal agenda, of that you can be certain. 

Secondly is that his psychopathology, as described by his niece Mary Trump and those close to him like attorney Michael Cohen, has been further triggered and advanced by impending indictments and the likely loss of his family business, inherited from his father, Fred Trump. This brings to bear the deeply enraged Oedipal obsession with having to outdo his father which drives much of his behavior. So, the bottom line, in this context, in his current frame of mind, is that he's capable of anything. Those who attempt to make predictions about what he might do would do well to take these subjective factors into consideration.  

Now, some history worth considering. Fascist movements and fascist leaders are wrapped up in the myths, symbols, and heroes which are infused as part of their identity outlook. The famous book by psychoanalyst Carl Jung, "Man And His Symbols" is a useful reference for working this through, though it is not specifically an anti-fascist polemic, as Jung himself was an enthusiastic Nazi Party member. 

One excellent example of how this worked was Trump's lunatic pursuit of a Nobel Peace Prize. He was obsessed with this for a few reasons. Foremost was his desperation for reelection, as he needed the presidency as his legal shield from prosecution. Everything he did during the last year or so of his term was about that. He needed an "October Surprise" to defeat Biden. Hence the Ukrainian extortion attempt, the Durham investigation, his attempts to disrupt mail-in voting, the three year long project of "stop the steal," all of it. The other factor was that Obama won the Peace Prize, and his desire to either undo or out do Obama was pathological. Therefore he deployed his incompetent grifter "gonif" of a son-in-law Kushner full time in cooking up a vercochte peace deal between his buddy Netanyahu and a block of Gulf States with whom they weren't even in conflict, in order to get that prize. He probably wanted the money as well. But the bottom line is that Trump's warping of US foreign policy across the board, with Russia, Iran, North Korea, and the Middle East was all driven by his pursuit of that symbolic award, and his failure to get it was in part the reason he blamed Kushner for losing the White House. You can look it up. 

Think back on the January 6th coup attempt, and the proliferation of Confederate flags, QAnon banners, "Don't Tread On Me" fake patriotic themes, and the MAGA red hats. Likewise, we remember Trump's fanatical defense of Confederate monuments, both before and after the George Floyd protests, to the point where he openly praised Nazis for their march in Charlottesville over the preservation of such monuments. And you have the elevation of vigilante killer and incel Kyle Rittenhouse, who is now being proposed as a Congressional Medal Of Freedom honoree by Greene, obviously on the directive of Trump, his biggest supporter. And not least, there is the martyrdom of Trump's modern day "Horst Wessel" Ashley Babbit, killed by law enforcement on January 6th, celebrated as someone who died for Trump, who idiotically thought she was dying for freedom. 

Trump has famously studied Hitler's speeches (according to ex Ivana) and has admitted his admiration by telling his Chief of Staff John Kelly that "Hitler did some good things." Stephen Miller is immersed in Nazi history, and is open in his courting of modern neo-Nazis going back years, such as his old friend at Duke, Richard Spencer. And of course there is the universal fascist protégé of Russia's Aleksandr Dugin, Steve Bannon. The strategy for Trump's return to power and creation of a fascist state has as its playbook the rise of the Third Reich, and those who believe otherwise, that he will campaign conventionally, are deluded. The creation of myths, symbols, and heroes are how they perpetuate themselves, and through elections only where needed. 

So, as has been presented here and elsewhere, Trump has embraced, endorsed, and mainstreamed the proto-terrorist conspiro-cult QAnon as his soon to be cannon fodder campaign machine, wearing their lapel pin and posting his support of "The Storm." His problem now is that he is a liability to the very oligarchs who enabled him, and they are in the process of dumping him. His legal problems, his mental instability, and failure to deliver elected majorities for his Party have rendered him almost useless. Therefore the Murdoch press and the Koch network are all tilting presently toward DeSantis, despite their knowledge that Trump is the likely nominee. Also Trump is reportedly encouraging a large field of candidates in order to cut into DeSantis' support, the reason he green-lighted Nikki Haley to run. 

The GOP leadership in the majority wants to move past Trump, but an obstacle is that he controls the largest part of the activist base and almost the whole of the fundraising lists, so they are playing tippie-toe in avoiding direct conflict which would in effect burn their bridges. 

But, with his money woes, legal problems and weakening position, he needs some juice. He needs violence, blood, the excitement of the Roman Arena to capture the media headlines and control the narrative. That's where his guided missile, MTG comes in. 

It is reasonable to state that she talks to him everyday, or in lieu of him, Miller or Bannon. Again, she is too vacuous to come up with anything original. Currently she is escalating her public geek act (as well as in closed-door classified committee meetings) to an unheard of level, as we have been reading. Statements so inflammatory and outrageous, so open in their calls for violence (such as against Dr. Fauci and AOC) and insurrection, virtual treason on behalf of Russian war aims, and vilification of President Biden unlike anything since the John Birch Society attacks on JFK in the week before his fateful trip to Dallas, one wonders where this is all leading. 

There are several possible explanations. Such as, she's an attention whore, it's just propaganda to feed the base and fuel the fundraising, just trying to cow Kevin McCarthy and carve out territory like a cat pissing on the carpet. These are all rational explanations, which would be fine if we were in a rational world. But remember that first and foremost, she is Trump's "Eva Braun," his partner in a political marriage in which they are both committed to "going down together," in every sense of the word. Trump values only personal loyalty, and she is his most loyal cult follower. So loyal that like Ashley Babbit, she would give anything for him. 

I have to ask the question as to whether or not she is being used for a nefarious purpose, which is to escalate her various hate campaigns to such a degree, to a level of divisiveness and incitement to violence bordering on criminality, in fact, inviting against herself a degree of hatred and counter-violence, that she is being deliberately made a target, and whether or not this is what her controllers want. She is personally so dense and unselfconscious that she would have no idea whether she was being set up to become Trump's new MAGA supermartyr or not. We don't even know if she is sane enough to oppose it if it were true. 

However, I will say that I am relatively certain of one thing. If anything were to happen to her, which no one in their right minds would want, it would be blamed on the radical left, Antifa, the Democratic Party, and the liberal media. They might even pick up some rube or patsy who fits the bill. If they do, it will be a false flag. If she is targeted, the place to look for the masterminds is among those who wish to start a civil war, to use her bloody shirt as a symbol to help reinstall Trump, and those who champion the perverse and treasonous agenda for which she might be attacked. Always ask the question "cui bono," who benefits the most.

She has gotten very big, very fast, and for her sponsors may no longer be useful to them. Someone who is inside the beltway with access to the Congresswoman might want to pull her aside and mention to her that the people to whom she is loyal would give her up in a "Georgia minute," if and when it suits their purposes. And ask her if she is with the program or not. Then what happens next is a choice.
