Mexican Government Asks for Meeting With Pompeo, Alarmed at US designation of Drug Cartels as Terrorist Organization

No one should mistake what this is about. Plans for a US Military deployment into Mexico are being drawn up. That is the only reason to change the designation of Criminal Organizations,  which should be a matter for a Sovereign Nation's Law Enforcement in cooperation with others, into that of Terrorist organizations. The United States has Troops on the ground in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and other Countries under the rubric of "The War on Terror". None of those countries, asked us in. The US went in. This is why Trump wants to bring soldiers home from where they are, in order to deploy them onto the border and into Mexico. This is why he is pardoning War Criminals, to send the message to every potential psychopath in the Armed Forces that if they murder POWs, and defile their bodies like the Somali War Lords, the President has their back. He wants killers who will follow his orders to carry out his future plans with unswerving loyalty.  This is why the White House studied proposals for a moat with Alligators along his Wall, and Trump proposed shooting migrants. This is why they are doing mass deportations. Realize, Trump plans to hold power for a long time. He is trying to build his own SS, comprised of people in the Military, active and retired, and Law enforcement, Homeland Security and ICE, that are totally loyal to him personally, and will be extensions of his Will. Fighting Wars all over the world are too "expensive" for Trump, so he is shifting US policy to adopt Mexico as our number 1 threat, since it is right next door, and the War would be "cheaper". Never happen...not there yet? Well, its happening right under our noses. And, there is the danger that if he beats the Impeachment, he will have Carte Blanche to do whatever he wants with no checks, since nobody will have the stomach to Impeach him again. He will use his powers as CIC to violate the Constitution and International Law in the name of National Security
This situation is dangerous, but can be stopped, but it means taking the blinders off. It means that the Impeachment fight cannot fail, and the Democrats need to close ranks around their candidate soon. Look at the History of the rise of Fascism in Germany, and how Himmler built the SA and SS out of the broken Soldiers and street thugs after WWI. If you don't see the parallels, then you are not prepared to effectively resist what's coming.
There is more at stake in this Impeachment than protecting the Integrity of our Elections from foreign interference. We are in a fight to stop War and Dictatorship.

Milton Friedman- The Man Who Revived Fascist Economics, and Called It "Freedom".

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley. In fact, Milton Friedman is the current top economic advisor to the so-called "movement conservatives", from Nixon to Reagan, to Newt Gingrich and Trumpworld,  and is still to this day the main architect of the GOP approach to dealing with the present economic crisis, though he has been keeping a low profile. How Do You Know If What You Are Reading Is True Or Useful? - A One Year Old Facebook Post

 How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine. I usually read anywhere from 2-10 articles in each, depending upon what newsworthy events are breaking that day. Plus I have a number of books on history that I have going at any one time.
