The Unspoken Significance of Steve Bannon Indictment-"A Race Against Time"

The most important thing about the DOJ indictment of Russian Intelligence asset Steve Bannon yesterday is the message it sends here and abroad. (Yes, I said Russian. Link here to my Blog post of a month ago)

The remaining ten subpoenaed individuals now have been duly informed through this action that any further attempt by them to function as Trump's proxies and obstruct Congress will result in a jail term. 

Now, the only issue is how quickly can these individuals be compelled to cooperate fully, laying the groundwork for sweeping Sedition Conspiracy charges against Trump personally and his entire stable of co-conspirators. This emphatically must include the GOP "Nazi Caucus" of Congressmen (Gosar, MTG, Boebert, etal) who brought the Mob into the Capitol and guided their actions on January 6th, as well throughout the weeks leading up to it. 

It must happen before the 2022 mid term elections. If the GOP retakes the House and Senate Majority, untold scenarios for plunging the US into chaos will unfold. For example, it is virtually assured that this GOP Majority will elect Donald Trump Speaker of the House, which does not require him to be an elected Congressman in order to serve in that capacity. 

Can anyone possibly conceive of the chaos and destruction he could carry out from that position of power? Don't kid yourselves. Trump is so desperate and miserable being out of power that he is not interested in waiting until 2024 to campaign for President. He wants to be reinstalled sooner through another Coup. I can assert this without a shred of documented evidence, because I know his mind and pattern. It is how I've forecasted accurately almost every move he's made for the last three years. 

His plan must be derailed now, not in two years. Merrick Garland has the fate of democracy in his hands. President Biden has the power to put down the insurrection right now by giving his Attorney General the green light to enforce the rule of law equitably with regard to January 6th. Notwithstanding the tired argument that indicting Donald Trump could provoke Civil War, such actions are necessary now to mitigate the destructive effects of a war which has already begun, which no one in the White House has yet chosen to acknowledge. 

It is time for President Biden to assume the most awful burden of the US Presidency and take the steps necessary to defend and protect our Union from the treasonous conspirators of Trump's "New Confederacy". 

It is high time to make sure that the so-called "Lost Cause" is lost permanently this time.

Milton Friedman- The Man Who Revived Fascist Economics, and Called It "Freedom".

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley. In fact, Milton Friedman is the current top economic advisor to the so-called "movement conservatives", from Nixon to Reagan, to Newt Gingrich and Trumpworld,  and is still to this day the main architect of the GOP approach to dealing with the present economic crisis, though he has been keeping a low profile. How Do You Know If What You Are Reading Is True Or Useful? - A One Year Old Facebook Post

 How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine. I usually read anywhere from 2-10 articles in each, depending upon what newsworthy events are breaking that day. Plus I have a number of books on history that I have going at any one time.
