Vatican/US Insurrection Against Pope Francis Enters New Phase With Fascist Schismatics Conference In Pittsburgh--
Implications for the MAGA war against democracy and Joe Biden, and a window into the fascist takeover in Italy--
For those who have followed The Rosen Report's coverage of the ongoing fascist coup being organized against Pope Francis by QAnon aligned schismatics in the Church, this article linked below should be taken as a five alarm fire.
Ex-Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò has once again turned up at as a key organizer from the US side of this plot, highlighted by a recent Pittsburgh PA press conference by a front group called "Catholic Identity" on October 1st 2022, described in the article by Nathan Turowski in the liberal Catholic News service, "Where Peter Is."

QAnon promoter and Trump ally Viganò has initiated this group "Catholic Identity" with the explicit purpose of declaring Francis illegitimate, having him removed from the Papacy, and reversing his decisions as Pope. It is extremist, run by anti-semites and MAGA activists, and is equally determined to remove President Biden.
This should not be seen as a small group of extremists. They are backed by leading figures among the US Bishops Conference, who now control the mega-cable Network EWTN, the extreme right official US media of the Church, which has almost exclusive control over the Catholic media market since the closing down of the moderate Catholic News Service earlier this year.. The same Cardinals and Bishops who now run EWTN have been open in their calls to deny communion to and/or excommunicate President Biden as well.
In the Vatican, Cardinal Gerhard Mueller interviewed with EWTN anchor Raymond Arroyo this week, and they are working together to void Francis' Papacy and conduct a coup, in order to bring in a new extreme right Pope. They are openly encouraging the rejection of Francis' edicts. Mueller is the former Prefect of the Vatican "Congregation of the Doctrine of Faith," otherwise known as the Inquisition, which enforces Church orthodoxy. It is the second most powerful position in the Church, the one formerly held by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger under Pope John Paul II. Ratzinger now goes by the name Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI.

In his interview, Mueller, in effect, calls Francis a Hitler style dictator.

As the article states, even the right wing "National Catholic Register" covering the interview felt compelled to edit out this quote and more than a third of Mueller's comments because they were so vile. In fact, there is a term in usage called "benevacantism," which means a movement which believes the seat of St. Peter to be vacant, when occupied by one labeled as the "anti-Pope." Such is the case now with the rather large movement which only recognizes Benedict as the current legitimate Pope, himself supposedly unlawfully removed.
They are couching their schismatic activity as a conflict over abortion, LGBTQ issues, "climate change hysteria," and church celibacy. They are using fears about a non-existent plot they call "Vatican III" being used by secular liberal modernist plotters to destroy the church. It is their version of "Stop The Steal" as the slogan for an insurrection against Pope Francis. (The story on Mueller and Arroyo has been documented by the same news outlet as the one reporting on the Pittsburgh event)
However, much more strategic is the scandal involving Francis' enemies looting and misdirection of Church charitable funds into highly leveraged bad investments with Credit Suisse, now on the verge of collapse because Francis blew the whistle, sacked Vatican Bank officials, and is pulling the Church's money out. Pope Francis opened a very old and dirty can of worms which has earned him some powerful enemies in the old European Oligarchy. We might never get the full story there.
One might ask, "why did they pick Pittsburgh as their conference location"? My conjecture is that they are throwing their weight around there because it is an organizing center for the extreme right campaign of Douglas Mastriano, whose purpose in campaigning for PA Governor is to remove President Biden and reinstall Trump. Mastriano's organization and base are a rat's nest of fascists, anti-semites, and insurrectionists, many of whom are allied with QAnon. They see Mastriano as a strategic figure in what they are doing, as I and many others have as well. So, I believe they chose to go public as an organization there to declare their schismatic plot, in order to align with the Trump/MAGA goal of provoking a US Civil War, for which Mastriano would be a marcher-lord. .
In terms of a larger picture, I believe that this is what underlies the current shift of Italy to a fascist regime under Meloni, and operations to install similar regimes along the lines of the Orban model of Hungary throughout Europe. (It is a given that the politics of Italy have always reflected the factional warfare within the Vatican, which we are seeing now in bold relief. Many people forget that Vatican City is officially a sovereign nation, not simply the headquarters of the Catholic Church).
A faction of the Vatican and their US allies in the Bishops Conference are collaborating with elements of the Russian Orthodox Church, networks associated with Aleksandr Dugin and his partner Steve Bannon, and the leaders of QAnon in Europe, which are currently driving recruitment into the extreme right parties of Europe. Their hook for pulling people in, in addition to the issues mentioned, are racialist campaigns to stop Muslim immigration and a general movement to drive them out of Europe, to prevent what Orban called "race mixing" at his CPAC speech in Texas.
They have had Hungary in the fold, and now Italy. Sweden has just gone to the right. They came close in France with LePen, and are planning to install the AfD party in Germany, which is the anti-immigration/QAnon influenced party. It is legitimate for investigators to ask whether the misdirected Vatican Bank money was used as a slush fund for helping these right wing parties gain political power, using the old standby of Swiss Banks which have little or no transparency.
Much of this drive to install fascist governments is being orchestrated or assisted by Putin, whose campaign in Russia for "family values" interfaces with this Vatican schismatic network. The full picture of what Steve Bannon has been doing with his quasi-religious fascist training academy of right wing Catholics in Italy, and his meetings with Russia's Dugin in Rome is a story yet to be told, but it is a fact that these things are real and happened. Russian asset Michael Flynn is also deeply involved with these charismatic Catholic networks, and we are well aware of his leading role in QAnon and the insurrection. And of course, this renegade faction is "all in" with the Dominionists of the hard right US Evangelicals, also QAnon influenced, who have declared war on democracy here, and expressed solidarity with Putin's murderous dictatorship abroad.
These reports should indeed set off alarm bells among those who are involved in counter-terrorism and law enforcement. This, despite Turowski's article trying to adopt a sardonic and sarcastic tone in his take on the press conference and it's stated goals. It is almost guaranteed that radicalized Catholic extremists associated with QAnon will be at the forefront of targeted violence when Trump issues his call for rebellion at the point he is indicted.
The people involved in this conference, nominally committed to removing Pope Francis, also have President Biden and leading Democratic figures as targets, convinced they are baby killers, pedophiles, child sexual mutilators, human traffickers and so forth. Marjorie Taylor Greene's statement two days ago saying "Biden is Hitler" should be addressed as a serious incitement and added security threat to the President, the Vice-President and their families. These are the zealots who will be cannon fodder in the orchestrated religious wars being waged here and in Europe against modernity, human rights, and ecomomic security.
The Pittsburgh press conference of "Catholic Identity" should be seen as a terrorist gathering, nothing else, and treated accordingly.
