Will President Biden Have To Invoke The 1807 Insurrection Act And Deploy The Army To Defend The Election Result?

My Brief Comment On Professor Heather Cox Richardson's's Morning Letter--

Subject: The Trump MAGA machine has total control of the GOP, and intends to disregard the vote when they lose. What this really means, in plain language.--

It should be clear based on these reports that the Trump/MAGA associated terrorist entities such as the militias, neo-nazis and QAnon are a serious threat to launch nationwide physical attacks on state capitols and election related agencies, as they did on January 6th to overturn elections they will lose. Pennsylvania and Arizona in particular, because their candidates are backed by heavily armed violent extremists and Nazis. Nazis don't believe in obtaining justice in the courts through due process.

President Biden is, in my view, likely going to have to invoke the 1807 Act and use the military to defend the election results. They have to be doing contingency planning for this, and I don't see the point of not discussing it. All of the MAGA social media and whatnot such as Gab, Telegram, amd 4chan, etc are buzzing with these plans.

And as has been documented, many of the so-called Domestic Violent Extremist groups (DVEs) are not so "domestic," meaning that they are influenced directly and indirectly by Russian intelligence. So, in effect, the Biden administration will find itself fighting a two front war in our conflict with Russia and its puppets soon after the election.

There has to be a certain point where specific candidates (and yes, media figures) who call for disregarding election results are declared to be national security threats and treated as such, instead of using the media watered down euphemism "election deniers." They are soon to be insurgents, not deniers. They have been arming and training while we are cheerleading for the J6 Committee on TV, hoping prosecutors are going to save democracy for us. We all know this but mostly are too timid in our refusal to discuss it.

The President has huge decisions to make going forward. He can only do what is needed if we, his supporters are living in reality and using plain language to describe that reality.

Yes, vote with our hearts and minds in large numbers. But don't assume that election victories will stand without our continued engagement afterwards. That should be our main takeaway from the events of January 6th, if nothing else is.
