Tucker Carlson Endorses Nuremberg Crimes, In His Typical Dogwhistle Way--
This is for reference as a followup on the MAGA/QAnon terrorism scenario which we have been sounding the alarm about. Carlson is picking up on Trump going public with QAnon as his personal movement of Brownshirts by encouraging vigilante physical assaults against teachers, doctors, nurses, etal, who are accused of "grooming." This article catalogues the atrocious statements by Carlson encouraging dads to assault those accused of validating or even teaching tolerance of LGBTQ+ lifestyles or medical procedures toward transitioning.
Carlson's broadcast, summarized below by Amanda Marcotte's article in "Salon," echoes almost exactly the anti-semitic propaganda of the convicted Nazi war criminals Alfred Rosenberg and Julius Streicher, who ran the two leading Nazi Party publications, Die Völkische Beobachter and Der Stürmer. They ran daily articles approved by Propaganda Minister Josef Goebbels, and anti-semitic cartoons depicting grossly caricatured Jewish sexual predators targeting German children and helpless women with violent rape fantasies. Both Rosenberg and Streicher were hanged for their role in the propaganda which incited the Holocaust. Under International Law, if individuals provably influenced by Carlson and Trump commit violent crimes against people they have demonized, they are legally accountable by that standard.
The Nazis, like QAnon today embraced the notorious " Blood Libel" of the 14th Century Flagellants cult within the Church, who conducted mass murder of Jews based on the lie that they had started the Bubonic plague and survived it by drinking the blood of murdered Christian children. If you've ever heard the expression, "throw the Jews down the well," that is where it originated, because that's what they did as they travelled in groups from town to town in its later phases.
This Blood Libel lie was incorporated into the equally notorious forgery, the conspiracy theory laid out in the 19th Century "Protocols of the Elders of Zion," embraced by the anti-semitic movements of Europe and later the Nazis.
History doesn't repeat due to some cyclical theory of time. A cult has revived evil and murderous lies from the bowels of Dark Ages Christianity, which is rooted in the anti-semitic outlook branding Jews as "Christ killers." This became the central pillar of Hitler's writings on religion in "Mein Kampf," in which he proposed a shift for Germans toward what he termed "positive Christianity," grounded in a final war to eradicate Judaism, depicting Jesus as a warlike Aryan/ Wagnerian avenger.
Neither Trump nor Carlson will attack Jews publicly. They will attack those who are socialists or "woke" as coded language. Carlson verges on it by pushing the Nazi eugenics "Replacement Theory" as we are aware. And as is known, he and others have scapegoated financier George Soros as the Jewish leader of the woke conspiracy to destroy Christianity. But the QAnon movement is explicitly comprised of the revived Nazi ideology of the "blood libel," which is where their whole conspiracy theory of pedophiles stealing and cannibalizing Christian babies comes from. And just like with the Flagellants and Hitler, it finds a foothold in the mass insanity produced by periods of long wars and plagues which have called civilizational stability itself into question, and unleashed targeted horrific violence in search of a scapegoat.
Need I say more? Tucker Carlson, like his Führer Donald Trump are Nazis. And in the age of gaslighting and disinformation, they and their MAGA acolytes claim that their democratic opposition are the fascists. This needs to be confronted and smashed. Use history and ideas, and the full force of the law to crush these monsters in their nest. Don't just dismiss the Q propaganda as the ravings of kooks or lunatics. That was the mistake the world made in the early 20th Century which we should not repeat.
