Two Years Later-- Our Warnings That Trump/Putin Fifth Column Of White Supremacist Militias Would Be Unleashed To Disrupt Election

This Intoduction to The Rosen Report 12 part 45 page background report was posted on Facebook in July of 2020, when it became clear that Trump would deploy to overturn Biden's election victory.

Because of my background in politics I foresaw elements of what we now refer to as the January 6th Capitol riot. 

I'm reposting it today not simply to remind my friends and collaborators of how accurate my warnings were. It is because the Russian role in January 6th is still not up for public discussion by design, due to political decisions. 

This is an intelligence failure in the making, given that the now likely future indictment of Donald Trump will trigger an armed insurgency in the US, carried out by the very same Russian influenced networks of DVE's (Domestic Violent Extremists) identified two years ago in my report. Their function as Russian assets of asymmetrical conflict must be investigated now, as if they were Al Qaeda cells prepping for the 9-11 attacks.

Someone Made The Decision To Bury Russia's Role In January 6th--

Two years ago I posted the Introduction to The Rosen Report 12 part series on the Trump/Putin scenario for disrupting the US 2020 election, using a jointly developed and deployable force of white supremacist terrorist entities. The original post went out in July of 2020, but we wanted to reintroduce the complete series in installments so as not to overload folks with the entire 45 page long report at once.  

Last week we ran Part Two out of order in the context of the Mar-a-Lago raid. 

Russian intelligence has a documented history of helping steer and fund the US Neo-Nazi paramilitaries and separatists. White supremacists have existed since the nations beginning, but they were systematically incorporated into Russia's asymmetric warfare operations beginning in 2012, when Putin returned to the Russian presidency from his four year interlude as Prime Minister.

Russia shapes our news coverage through Putin- friendly US media. They run leading figures in Trump's inner circle as their assets-in-place, as they have Trump himself since the 1980's. And they were there or involved on the ground on January 6th, directly or indirectly. Yet there is virtually nothing on this being discussed in any publicly visible US government investigation. 

Security and intelligence community linked news agencies and publications have given these matters steady coverage over the course of the last seven years.  You will see in my actual full report that my sources range from the New York Times, The Atlantic, to CNN and Haaretz. But officially, only the Defense Appropriation committee report of 2020 in the section written by Rep. Jamie Raskin covered this aspect in any detail. The Senate Intelligence Committee report on 2016 Russian election interference did not delve into the Russian influence over US based white supremacists at any length. 

There has been considerable attention paid to Russian disinformation campaigns through social media and also their hacking operations. But the idea that they and Trump had a deployable private army of US based Nazis and Confederates who would be unleashed against the new incoming administration,  very few saw that coming. I was one of those who did. And very few want it discussed even today after the fact. 

Why is this? It is simple really. First is that implied by this is that the US government would have to declare a significant part of Trump's base to be a national security threat. That did not align with the new administration's agenda of "bipartisanship, unity, and healing." And most importantly is that recognition of this fact would mean stating directly that Russia has committed acts of war against the United States. So there was never going to be emphasis on this aspect because the decision was made early on to not open that can of worms. 

How do I know this? Because the complete absence of discussion on Russia and January 6th is at odds with years of US Intelligence estimates on the matter which found their way into various mainstream media outlets over time. It is the "Purloined Letter" of Edgar Allan Poe fame, sitting there, "hidden in plain sight." It is the thing "never to be mentioned," the stark incongruity of which speaks volumes. 

Maybe, just maybe the revelations from the Trump grand jury investigation will bring this out. Also of interest is the recent Federal indictment of Russian Oligarch and "handler" Alexandr Ionov, a major subject of mine and others coverage here and elsewhere. 

Peel this layer of the Onion back and then we will be in a different situation. In the meantime, I'll be doing my best to keep the story alive.

Introduction- Part I

Trump's "Really Good People":

Nazis, Secessionists, Separatists, Militias and Boogaloos--Russia's Fifth Column for Disrupting the US Elections

July 8, 2020 

Its a matter of proven fact that Vladimir Putin and Russian Military Intelligence acted in a variety of ways to interfere with and intervene into the US Presidential election of 2016, for the purpose of electing Donald Trump. There are no thoughtful or informed people in or out of government that would argue otherwise.

The Russian leadership has laid the groundwork for a new plan to disrupt the US election and unleash chaos in 2020. It is far larger in scale and more dangerous than the previous operation. Everything I will be presenting in this series of articles is known to Presidential candidate Joe Biden, and former President Barack Obama, as they were investigating elements of this new phase toward the tail end of 2016 before leaving office.

What I will outline in this series is verified and available in the public record, in articles and interviews published in mainstream media and publications, written by credible investigative journalists and former government officials or consultants. It is also well known to military and intelligence professionals currently serving, who are fighting a rear guard action trying to serve their nation while at the same time forming an active resistance to the treasonous actions of the President.

I have been putting together this picture for several months, which is being brought out now because of a concern by many observers that too many Americans are following the polls. They are becoming complacent about the election result, as part of their desire to see things return to some state of normalcy, in the the midst of the mind bending chaos of the last six months.

I will document that the Russians have been deeply engaged since at least 2016, possibly 2014, to support, fund, arm, and organize an irregular army of American and European organizations and political parties of the extreme right, including Neo-Nazis, separatists, American secessionists, white nationalists, armed militias, and fugitive paramilitary terrorist leaders. Many of these organizations have been given political asylum in Moscow, and have offices there. There is documented direct funding from the Russian government at Putin's direction to sponsor conferences and travel for these groups. Several Neo-Nazi groups in the US and Europe have been brought to Russia for purposes of advanced training of the type used by our Special Forces, under the direction of the Russian GRU. (Military Intelligence, the same group which runs the "troll farms" and hackers, other forms of "asymmetric warfare) Russian officials have smoothed the way for bank loans for several of these Neo-Nazi groups through western banks, which were used to fund actual right-wing terror attacks carried out in Sweden and France.

The logistics and support for these operations has been delivered though so-called "private" organizations, which are covertly funded by Putin. One is called the "Anti-Globalization Initiative".(AGI)

The two leading figures in this organization are former Putin offical and advisor, Dmitry Rogozin, and close personal intimate of Putin, Alexander Ionov, whose businesses are a cutout, used in funding these operations. Ionov has a well known footprint in US GOP politics, through his association with conservative groups and organizations, PACS, and the National Rifle Association. Ionov was the "handler" who financed the legal defense for captured and convicted Russian spy, Maria Butina several years ago, who was the "honeytrap" for several top GOP and NRA operatives and activists. She was finally deported last year.

I will present extensive documentation of this Russian network. It will be a series. It is crucial to understand that there is a sizable "Fifth Column" of right-wing, heavily armed terrorists who are essentially expendable cannon fodder, who are waiting for some series of public incidents or directives conveyed through social media and message boards, to go into a "rebellion phase", in response to the election result, to disrupt the election, or something else.

It is an army of potential Timothy McVeighs, who have very little idea that they are pawns in a Russian intelligence game to unleash left vs right chaos before the election, to give Donald Trump emergency powers, and interfere with the vote. Some of them are conscious Russiaphiles, and Putin devotees. They see Russia as the only "white superpower" with nuclear weapons.

I will also document how a number of alt-right media, large and small, are direct fronts for Russian influence, such as "One America News Network".

You have seen these people mobbing State Capitols, heavily armed. Acting as vigilantes to stop protests against racism or Confederate monuments. You have heard possibly that they have armed groups on patrol along our southern border, looking for illegals and migrants to shoot. They are running their cars into peaceful crowds of protestors, and are part of underground networks on the "dark web," who post the manifestos of mass shooters before and after the fact. They also are organizing white nationalist marches as provocations, led by Putin admirers such as Richard Spencer, the organizer of the Charlottselville "Unite the Right" Rally.

They also masquerade as "Antifa" provocateurs, committing violence to be blamed on "the left" or Black Lives Matters, with the intention or starting a bloody race war. This is an actual serious threat, which needs to be investigated and addressed now, not in October or November.

If you are wondering why it seems no one else is saying this, I don't have an answer for you. Bits and pieces of it appear here and there, but no one has put together the whole picture for public consumption. I am not saying this scenario will happen. I am warning that the capability for such a scenario has been built over the last four years, and that like any other serious national security threat, we need to be prepared and take preemptive actions to meet that threat.

I've been involved in Russian issues since 1983. I know their people and their history, which did not, by the way, begin in 1917. The Russians have a strategic view which goes back a millenia, and their cultural imperatives are never transactional or situational. They will use up and throw away Donald Trump when they are finished with him, but their actual grand strategy is geopolitical, cultural, and religious. Yes, religious. They are among the best Chess players in the world, very patient, and deceptive, but the open secret about what drives them is in the picture below.
