The Dirty Secret of How Putin Took The Russian Presidency Using A "False Flag" Operation

 



You have heard recent reports from Biden Administration officials warning of Vladimir Putin's likely use of a "false flag" operation to justify his impending invasion of Ukraine.


It is useful to reflect on two things as we see this unfold. First is that this is the method of autocrats and tyrants for as long as there have been historians to chronicle these events. Consider Emperor Nero of Rome, who justified his horrific persecution of Christians by torching Rome, and blaming it on them. Likewise, Hitler's burning of the Reichstag, blamed on the German Communists and used to justify a state of emergency in which the Parliament was suspended, and Hitler assumed the dictator's powers. Similarly, Hitler concocted a Polish attack on a German radio station near its border in Gleiwitz to justify the Nazi invasion on September 1, 1939, starting World War II.

Vladimir Putin himself has operated from this playbook repeatedly in his capacity as a KGB officer, head of KGB's successor agency the FSB, Deputy Prime Minister, Prime Minister, and President. In fact, it is the dirty secret of how Putin won and kept control of the Russian Presidency itself.

And history will show that this "false flag" methodology was the playbook whereby Putin's student in autocracy, Donald Trump intended to conduct his Coup in the aftermath of his election loss in 2020.



The article below on "Putin's Dirty Secret" was written in July of 2020, as part of my process in pulling together my Special Report on the joint Trump/Putin threat to the US election.


In this report, I devoted a chapter to a specific warning of a similar false flag operation, using the almost mythical "Antifa" as the terrorist threat which would justify Trump using emergency powers to nullify the election. I wrote this in June of 2020, in the hope we could neutralize this scenario before the fact. So far, the revelations of the January 6th Committee have shown that this indeed was the actual substance of Trump's Coup plot, contingent on a so-called Antifa provocation.

 This should throw some light on how US Intelligence, knowing Putin's track record, has been able to smoke out and preempt Putin's Ukraine gambit, making it just all that much more difficult for him to lie to his own people as to the war's cause, and also defuse the propaganda machine at Fox in the West that is at the center of the Trump movement.

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley.  How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine.
