Counterterrorism Alert--Is NY Attorney General Clearance To Interview Trump And Family Under Oath A Tripwire for Targetted Domestic Terror Attacks?
Today's breaking news of the announcement by New York Attorney General Letitia James has brought us to a breaking point, and has huge implications.
As has been covered extensively, two weeks ago Trump in his Texas speech to his hard core followers called openly for rioting in those cities where he is under active investigations, possibly indictments and prosecutions, consisting of Washington DC, New York, and Atlanta Georgia. We should expect the typical statements of incitement from Trump over the next 24 hours in response to this announcement, in which he will call upon the most violent and loyal among his supporters to target those among his adversaries for attacks under cover of "protests". That is his pattern, and there is likelihood that he will break through previous boundaries of unacceptable lawless behavior in response to this new phase of investigation in New York.
Don't overthink it. This is his profile. The timing of his coming deployment of "stochastic terrorism" is not simply driven by what the NY AG Letitia James is doing. It is coincident with Vladimir Putin's imminent military attack on a prospective NATO member, Ukraine, which means that he and Putin are in a sense coordinating their efforts at a strategic offensive against President Biden, whom he blames personally for the prosecutions and civil cases lined up against him. Trump and Putin are a "Tag Team", and have acted as such all along.
He will say unfathomable things in the next hours, which I believe are intended as a "go signal" to his terrorist Army of heavily armed White Supremacists to begin hitting both hard and soft targets of opportunity in the United States.
National monuments, vital infrastructure, notable public figures, and those who have earned Trump's personal enmity in the past are likely already being provided extra security precautions in this context. If not, it is a gross intelligence failure. However, the last thing we should expect to happen is nothing.
The worst thing that our media and public figures might do in these circumstances is to write Trump's next actions off as the "unhinged" statements of a desperate and fading pathetic person who is facing his political/financial demise. Everything he says and does is calculated, planned, is part of a conspiracy with others, and intended to unleash chaos, violence and division. Don't under any circumstances believe that his statements are the impulsive rantings of a washed up has been who is floundering. He has already estimated beforehand what he can get away with, who will support him, and what the effects of his pronouncements will be.
Remember, this is the person who watched repeated rewinds of the January 6th Capitol attack, with the same drive for narcissistic sexual self fulfillment as the movie character from "American Psycho" Patrick Bateman, who watched himself in a self made porno with a woman who he later beheaded with an Axe. That is Trump's profile. His enjoyment of violent actions committed in his name, which is his brand on everything he owns, is his personal auto-erotic fetish. It is why he is predictable.
This is how I can state with reasonable certainty that we are entering a new phase of extreme peril, today. Because it is his home base of New York, and involves his kids, we should expect him to "unleash the whirlwind" in every respect. Whoever, wherever there are officials in positions of responsibilty who make the big decisions, I would hope they are cognizant of having entered this new phase, and are engaged in active measures to mitigate the threat, a threat which I've seen coming and which I believe is here.
