Sarah Palin: "Give Your Family Covid For Christmas, The Gift That Keeps On Giving"



Before Marjorie Taylor Greene and Lauen Boebert, there was Sarah Palin. A vacuous Right Wing Christian fundamentalist airhead and "gun nut" with a serious case of advanced Penis Envy, also known as "Elmer Fudd Syndrome".  

Yes, old Sarah is back, the slightly fascist "Gadfly That's Come In From The Cold", and has weighed in on the Pandemic, announcing that she'll get vaccinated for covid "over my dead body" in front of an audience of aspiring ventilator consumers yesterday. She is not the first person to make this announcement, as you have been reading in the Obits over the last year.

Given her extensive background in global strategic policy ("I can see Russia from my house" she said. She will likely be up for US Ambassador to the Kremlin under the next GOP President) and impressive credentials in various scientific fields (like hunting and shooting animals from a helicopter) she is now obviously considered to be a highly qualified source for advice on whether to vaccinate yourselves and your families. The people who elected her governor of Alaska must have been temporarily disoriented by hypothermia or Cabin Fever. They should have just stayed home, gotten naked under a warm blanket and snuggled on election day.

Whoever it was that advised John McCain to nominate this "Q"-ewpie doll ditz for Vice President should be forced to tutor Lauren Boebert in Differential Calculus for the next year as penance.  (I always get her confused with Lorena Bobbit. As in "Sorry Honey, I didn't mean to cut you off) 

My question is, who and what is organizing audiences for this "expert on nothing" to rant in front of? Some Un-Think Tank like the "Center For Illiterate Ball Kicking Soccer Moms"? (CFIBKSM) Or was it the "KKK"? (Ku Klux Karens)  And why, one might ask, is the media deeming her public speeches on how to give your family Covid for Christmas newsworthy enough to give her global coverage? Who got more Press today, Dr. Fauci or the cognitively freeze dried Ms. Sarah? That is an actual question.

I would also have to say that on the scale of stupid from 1-10, that the Pro-Trump GOP Women out there all "Palin" comparison with Sarah.. (Ugh, sorry, I didn't have to say that)

Milton Friedman- The Man Who Revived Fascist Economics, and Called It "Freedom".

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley. In fact, Milton Friedman is the current top economic advisor to the so-called "movement conservatives", from Nixon to Reagan, to Newt Gingrich and Trumpworld,  and is still to this day the main architect of the GOP approach to dealing with the present economic crisis, though he has been keeping a low profile. How Do You Know If What You Are Reading Is True Or Useful? - A One Year Old Facebook Post

 How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine. I usually read anywhere from 2-10 articles in each, depending upon what newsworthy events are breaking that day. Plus I have a number of books on history that I have going at any one time. This is no big accomplishment or unique, it's just how I occupy my time and is my form of work these ...
