QAnon, Michael Flynn, Mel Gibson And The Increase In Anti-Semitic Violence
Yesterday, so-called vandals broke into a Fraternity at George Washington University and destroyed their Torah. The moment I read the reports about this incident, (Jerusalem Post coverage link below) I stopped myself from reacting as an outraged Jewish American, and instead asked the questions which I often do in response to shocking events.
What is the "Analysis Situs"? That is, the context within which the event occurs. Second, is "Why now"? Because in many if not most cases, the timing of events is as important if not more so than the event itself. And finally, "Cui Bono?" Who benefits ultimately in the aftermath of such events? If indeed such events have an author, these are the questions which lead you in that direction. It is important also to be aware that this is part of a pattern of such incidents and not isolated. In the last month alone it happened at American University, also in Washington DC as is GWU, and George Washington High School in Denver. If I were to dig enough it is likely there were many more. First, we look at the context. We have a growing fascist insurrection against the President of the United States and Federal government, which has as its anthem the illiterate and brain dead slogan, "Let's Go Brandon", code for Fuck Joe Biden. We have a global Pandemic in which that insurrection is deployed against its mitigation, spreading its lethal effects nationally and causing the likely deaths of a million people in the US. That insurrection is heavily engaged in recruiting soldiers.
Second is the timing. We have a life and death political struggle for the life of our Democracy and economy underway right now in the fight over "Build Back Better". The adversary's strategy is to obstruct and kill it with diversionary chaos. Additionally, the meeting between Pope Francis and President Biden has just happened. It is a strategic event and watershed development. As easy as it is to do so, don't lose sight of the extraordinary power of the Vatican in global affairs. In many countries where the Pope personally is influential, there are potentially successful efforts underway to remove Trump-style fascist dictators from power. Brazil, Czech Republic, Austria, the Phillipines, and elsewhere. Additionally, the Pope is considered the enemy of Biden's enemies on issues across the board. The meeting between the Pope and Biden should also be seen as a trigger for the extreme right to escalate their insurrectionist operations, especially by its allies in the US Bishops Conference .
Then finally, who benefits? Look at your history, and go back centuries. Who and what is it that ultimately benefits from unleashing violence on large scale? Religious wars, ethnic conflict, ethnic genocide, border wars, culture wars, race wars, Left vs Right conflict, class war, etc. It is Oligarchies and Empires which rule this way. They manufacture and exacerbate conflict, then step in to demand increased powers in the name of conflict resolution, restoring order, making regime changes, rewriting of the law, and in effect acting always to crush the very concept of government by the consent of the governed for the promotion of the "General Welfare"..
The pathway to power which brought Hitler into his dictatorship was a coordinated campaign of strategic violence, directed primarily at Jews, Communists, and Social Democrats. But the context was the brutal economic and social conditions in Germany after World War I. The timing was the Stock Market crash and World Depression which enabled the Nazis vote totals to rise from 2% to 34% within four years, 1929-1933. The beneficiaries (as they miscalculated that they would be) were the Imperial powers who were those same architects of the post WWI Versailles Treaty, who later chose Hitler as their stalking horse to unleash war against the Soviet Union and create a new geopolitical order in Europe.
So, anytime I read of an incident such as this, I ask what does it really mean? Where is it leading? What should we do, besides become upset? What. Is. It?
This is the spread of QAnon we are seeing, not the old garden variety of American anti-semites who were more decentralized and random back in the day. It is analogous to the escalation of Beer Hall and street brawling by Hitler's SA, which of course created the climate later for the Nuremberg Laws and Kristallnacht. The main difference between then and now is that we have the advantage of historical perspective and can intervene to stop it. We have seen this movie before.
They are using various platforms to organize these incidents as a kind of proving ground for a new terrorist Army and its recruitment and training process. There are five people in particular who are actively out front publicly recruiting to QAnon, which is now the most rapidly growing and significant explicitly anti-semitic group. Retired General Michael Flynn. Mel Gibson protégé and charismatic Catholic actor Jim Caviezel. QAnon affiliated Trump attorney Lin Wood. My Pillow psycho Mike Lindell, a leading funder and speaker at these conferences. Finally, there is the QAnon figure alleged to be the original "Q", Ron Watkins, white supremacist and Child porn promoter, founder of the infamous internet platform 8Chan, currently running for Congress in Arizona. Of course you have the minor figures of the GOP clown show Taylor-Greene and Boebert who have a QAnon history, and play a cheerleading but less significant role

Caviezel and Gibson have taken on a larger and more strategic role recently which bears scrutiny. I've written about this before having seen some of the warning signs months ago resulting from their increased visibility. Caviezel was the star of Gibson's virulently anti-semitic film, "The Passion of Christ", a blood and gore fest promoting the twisted history of Christ's trial and Crucifiction, exclusively scapegoating the Jewish leadership of Jerusalem for the judicial execution of Christ. This, despite it being ordered by Emperor Tiberius of Rome, an order given from his debauched villa on the Island of Capri and carried out by his functionary Pontius Pilate. (Adolf Hitler was so enamored of Tiberius' memory that he delegated his subordinate Himmler to unsuccessfully make inquiries and try to purchase Tiberius' villa for that reason. There is reportedly a sequel in production of that film. The reason this is relevant is that Caviezel, a well known long time extreme right charismatic Catholic convert has been the featured speaker at QAnon conferences all over the US. He is speaking on behalf of the ultra-right wing elements of the Church which are likewise affiliated with QAnon, such as Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigáno. Vigáno is currently deeply involved in intrigues to create a schism in the Church and the removal of Pope Francis. His open letter of support for Donald Trump two years ago was a QAnon conspiracy manifesto of sorts. He is instrumental in orchestrating the renegade elements of the US Catholic Bishops which are mobilizing opposition to the Pope and Biden, using the pro-fascist Catholic media empire EWTN. (Which Pope Francis has described as "The Devil" and which he said wishes him dead) Not coincidentally, Michael Flynn is also part of this extremist Catholic cult.

When Gibson's original "Christ film" was released, it was used to politically galvanize the Christian Evangelical right wing. The Evangelicals nationally organized their congregations to purchase box office tickets in bulk and brought them to the theaters in large numbers in buses and vans to immerse them in this blockbuster anti-semitic Christian "snuff film", and the conspiracy of Jews which supposedly murdered their savior. According to the ADL, there was an explosion of anti-semitic incidents nationally in the context of that film's release.
Additionally, the mobilization by the Churches to fill the movie theaters helped to consolidate the alliance between the Evangelical and Catholic Right Wing which we see today organizing for reinstalling the Trump Presidency, and establishing a theocratic dictatorship. There is nominal agreement on "hook issues" like abortion, but their actual full agenda is far more pernicious.
Caviezel's speeches have been calls to insurrection, couched in pseudo-religious gobbledygook and Bible quotes that are used to whip up his audiences against the "Evil one" President Biden, whose name was never mentioned but is understood to be him. One of those speeches was publicly endorsed by the Catholic Bishop of Tyler Texas, Joseph Strickland on the same day as the President was meeting the Pope. Caviezel also called for the removal of Pope Francis in euphemistic "dog whistle" fashion.
Consider for a moment the sheer brainwashing power targeting an audience which was captivated by his portrayal on screen as the persecuted, crucified and resurrected Jesus, using quotes from the Bible to mobilize opposition to the two demonized Catholic traitors to Christianity, Biden and the Pope.
It is vital to understand that the most extreme elements of the Catholic Church globally have consciously formed a tactical alliance with QAnon for the same purposes that they allied with European fascism in the early Twentieth Century. Not irrelevant to this is the Charismatic Catholic's vilification of Vatican II, nominally over the elimination of the Latin Mass, (overturned by Benedict, restored by Francis) but more to the point because of its decisive renunciation of Hitler's, Mussolini's, and Franco's fascism and the Church's unholy alliance with it earlier. Remember also that it was only 80 years ago that the leading spokesman in America for Hitler's fascism was the Henry Ford backed rabid anti-semitic leader of "America First," radio Priest Father Charles Coughlin.

So what you have is an anti-semitic proto-terrorist cult QAnon, in open alliance with schismatics in the Catholic Church, Evangelical "End Times" Armageddonists who believe that in the Final Days that all of the unconverted Jews will be cast into an eternal lake of fire, and a heavily armed insurrectionist political base of white supremacist Militia fascists behind the Trump "New Confederacy". The strategic goals of this alliance are in their view contingent upon their operations to pull down the Presidency of Joe Biden, and the Papacy of Pope Francis. QAnon is the "tip of the spear" in terms of the trigger for the expanding wave of violence nationally which is central to this goal.
There is a submerged and more anonymous QAnon structure behind them, several of whom like Flynn come out of the most deeply buried networks of kooks in the Special Warfare Divisions of our Pentagon and military intelligence services, but these individuals mentioned above have been delegated as the visible public spokesmen.
They are each radical defenders of the insurrection. Additionally there are those QAnon figures who have been lurking in background, such as one of the "Pizzagate" conspiracy originators, anti-semite Jack Posobiec, a lead commentator and former White House correspondent from OAN network. He conveniently maintains his distance from them publicly, while still representing their "line". (I documented Posobiec's ties to Russian Intelligence in my Special Report last year).
The two individuals who partnered with Fox's Tucker Carlson to make his little Nazi propaganda film about "false flags" and January 6, Scooter Downey and Mike Cernovich are also deep in the Pizzagate Conspiracy origins.
The Pizzagate promoters were behind the "launch" of QAnon as a mass movement in the US, originally targeting Hillary Clinton but spreading beyond her quickly. These are the people who need to be investigated because they are at the command and control of this emerging terrorist capability. This is the operation coordinating the violence being directed against school boards, public health officials, (with placards bearing the QAnon slogan "Save The Children") state election officials, airline attendants, restaurant owners and waitresses, and so forth. And is their any doubt about their role in January 6th? You need to see these anti-semitic incidents as markers for something far worse and bigger, which is the beginning phase of a national terrorism wave.
You have to go after the command structure, destroy their logistics, in this case their online presence and permits for public meetings, and create the new precedents for legally and constitutionally combatting this new kind of terrorism. We won't stop this by arresting a handful of punks and hitting them with stiff penalties as each event occurs. It will not deter cult members and fanatics. They want to be arrested, to be jailed, to become a cause celebre. That's why they are doing it. It is how they recruit others to do the same.
The QAnon Cult has explicitly revived the most vile and destructive anti-semitic ideology, the Bubonic plague era "Blood Libel" which stated that Jews started the Black Death, and survived it by killing Christian babies and drinking their blood. The Blood Libel is very much at the root of the so-called Pro Life movement, which demonizes the "baby killing liberals and Socialists", who defend abortion. This is also where their so-called "Save the Children" psuedo campaign against human trafficking comes from.
Anti-semitism of the form described in this news story is not just a growing series of separate incidents. It is part of a targeted recruitment campaign to build the forces for the next round of the violent insurrection, which now has a life of its own independent of Donald Trump.

This is why I keep beating the drum on Merrick Garland. He has the authority as the Attorney General in our Constitutional system to dismantle the apparatus running this network. He won't use it. That is our tragedy in the making.
