Reports of Russian Ops Causing Chaos In African Nations--

In my reporting on Russian irregular warfare, I have highlighted several aspects of how it is staged. This article in the Daily Beast (linked below) is a window into these operations.
I have covered the Russian "State Run" so-called private security firm, "The Wagner Group", which is heavily engaged in African Nations where Russia has prioritized Mining interests, especially high value commodities used as contraband, and strategic metals not available elsewhere.
Wagner Group is run by Putin's cronies, including one nicknamed "Putin's Chef", who you will read about here. It is yet another example of operations in which the enormous personal wealth of Putin, rumored to be over 200 Billion is hidden through cut outs, straw men, and offshore accounts, or companies which are his proxies, can be and are used to fund intelligence warfare, asymmetric warfare, armed conflicts and targeted assassinations.
As an aside,a year ago I reported and highlighted coverage of Erik Prince, whose rebranded Security firm (formerly Blackwater) had engaged in contract negotiations with Wagner Group to provide "lethal services" in Central Africa in a partnership with them. The deal fell apart due to pressure from US Military officials who intervened to demand it be cancelled.
If you do a quick survey, you will read elsewhere multiple reports that Russian operations are running haywire in Africa right now, in the Central African Republic, Mali, and in general countries where the sowing of chaos benefits them.
This reflects a few things. First is Russia's economic weakness, which feeds their impulse to pursue Imperial types of foreign adventures. Second, is that Russia is now an oligarchical system in which their military/strategic policies serve the interests of the growing wealth and power of a tiny clique gathered around an autocratic and corrupt Russian Czar. And third, is that Putin himself is doing exactly what I forecasted he would do after the election of Joe Biden.
He is staging an array of hostile and provocative operations globally, as a test of will and attempt to break the US President through a series of escalating confrontations. This is what crumbling Empire systems compel their leaders to do. It is why the world is increasingly dangerous at the moment.
Russia has their US Agent in place, waiting to reassume the US Presidency through whatever means necessary. His job will be to make the world safe for a resurgent Russian Empire. When you read this article, you'll see a little slice of what that world would look like outside of the US. Another reason (as if more were necessary) to insure that Putin's Boy goes to jail.
