Trump's "1776 Project"-- A White Power Manifesto

 


The "1776 Report" released by Trump is nothing but a White Power Manifesto, with some semi-accurate factoids thrown in for purposes of deception. It will go down in the archives of history with Thomas Dixon's pro KKK Novel, "The Klansman" (made into the film, "Birth of a Nation") "The Turner Diaries" and J. Edgar Hoover's racist diatribe, "The Masters of Deceit" describing the Civil Rights movement as a Communist insurrection, as remnants of an evil eruption of reactionary racism known as "Trumpism" in the 21st Century.

White Evangelicals will try to institute this Confederate racist garbage as curriculum in Christian Schools, Christian affiliated Charter Schools, and for home schooling.

The purpose is clear. Brainwash a new generation of Fundamentalist Christian robots to believe that Government policies and legal rulings to protect Equality Rights of all Americans is nothing more than Socialist/Secular discrimination against White Christians, by people who hate America. They intend to expand the hardcore movement which attacked our Capitol into a dominant political force. Their goal to impose Racist Right Wing White Fundamentalist so-called Christian values on American education and overturn the settled Law on Civil Rights going back to Plessy vs. Ferguson", the notorious SCOTUS ruling of the late 1800's asserting the Separate but Equal Doctrine.

This is the equivalent of the Islamic Revolution in Iran under Ayatollah Khomeini, which took Iran back to the Dark Ages.

This is  Right Wing Terrorist programming, not education. There is nothing patriotic or Christian about it.

I've studied history, and I know what the best and worst of America has been. None of that is in this piece of propaganda, which hijacks the number 1776, and turns it into 1861, the year of the Slaveowners Rebellion.

If anyone is offended by this, I am happy. Maybe they will be shocked into reality.

Milton Friedman- The Man Who Revived Fascist Economics, and Called It "Freedom".

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley. In fact, Milton Friedman is the current top economic advisor to the so-called "movement conservatives", from Nixon to Reagan, to Newt Gingrich and Trumpworld,  and is still to this day the main architect of the GOP approach to dealing with the present economic crisis, though he has been keeping a low profile. How Do You Know If What You Are Reading Is True Or Useful? - A One Year Old Facebook Post

 How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine. I usually read anywhere from 2-10 articles in each, depending upon what newsworthy events are breaking that day. Plus I have a number of books on history that I have going at any one time.
