The Clear and Present Danger

Some important things to consider. 
First, is that we need to begin thinking about what might be our worst possible outcomes, and scenarios, and prepare for them starting now. Start with the fact that we have a demonstrably mentally ill President, who should have been indicted, Impeached, or removed under the 25th Amendment already. That this has not happened should be an indicator that traditional concepts of politics, government, and elections no longer apply. Discussing candidates, electoral strategies, and Primaries, is akin to strategizing about or discussing a Ping Pong tournament in midst a Category 5 Tornado. 
We are watching a Fascist takeover of the US Government, and facing WWIII. The form of Fascism which is taking hold is not Nazi style or even Italian style, but is uniquely American. It is not driven by Anti-Semitism, or anti-Communism. It is imbued by Racism, but not defined by it. It is a Fascism which is rooted in the deepest and ugliest form of cult Religious, nominally Christian Old Testament Fundamentalism which characterized the leaders of the Southern Confederacy, and its Second Generation, the KKK. It is tied to a desire for Global Religious War, and a return to an Oligarchical Economic System. This ugly outlook has been there all along, percolating, building into a force of opposition throughout the Obama Presidency, and has now been fully weaponized and deployed by the Trump Presidency. Frankly, Trump, his current inner circle, and hard core followers, are the greatest National Security threat and danger to our Constitutional System in history, because they represent the continuity of evil of that Southern Confederacy, and everything that abomination stood for. 
The reality is, that if Trump is Impeached, which is unlikely, he will not give up power. If he loses the election, especially if close, he will not accept the results. Only a total landslide will secure the Nation's potential to survive.
As of now, there is not one Democratic candidate that has shown the full capability to defeat Trump. There is no candidate under any circumstances that can organize a landslide. Until something changes in this dynamic, I think we have to change our thinking about our strategies going forward.
Rather than live in a media controlled delusional fantasy state about the candidates Primaries, debates, electioneering, we need to organize the  American people to understand what we need to fight for outside of the group of candidates who are going for the same Democratic failed strategy that elected Trump in the first place.
Trump has said what he will do if Impeached or defeated at the polls. He will not accept it, he will try to crash the Stock market, and he will unleash his violent supporters in a Civil conflict.
We need to plan ahead for what we have to do when that happens. It's easy to just react and say I'm being extreme, or doom saying. I would say that would be the wrong way to go.

Milton Friedman- The Man Who Revived Fascist Economics, and Called It "Freedom".

  You may have heard the name before, as he was featured in a PBS Series, titled "Free To Choose", also the title of his most famous and misnamed book. He was a prolific author, and widely publicized by Conservative News Media and Magazines, especially by the followers of William F. Buckley. In fact, Milton Friedman is the current top economic advisor to the so-called "movement conservatives", from Nixon to Reagan, to Newt Gingrich and Trumpworld,  and is still to this day the main architect of the GOP approach to dealing with the present economic crisis, though he has been keeping a low profile. A very low profile. In fact, six feet under. How Do You Know If What You Are Reading Is True Or Useful? - A One Year Old Facebook Post

 How do we know whether what we are reading is true, or for that matter useful? There are many journalists in the US today who are not only excellent writers, but are just good people. They are well informed, have the best intentions and are highly professional.  I have to force myself to write, and it comes with great difficulty because I am blocked, and had little journalistic training. Without an editor I feel lost, and feel as though I want to rewrite everything or throw it out after I read it. Reading books and articles is my favorite hobby, and when I'm doing that I am in my happy place.  As of now I have 30 News and Magazine sites bookmarked and I read them everyday as a routine. I usually read anywhere from 2-10 articles in each, depending upon what newsworthy events are breaking that day. Plus I have a number of books on history that I have going at any one time.
